I have big problem!!

Hi Admin.
Server Struksubs game. Yesterday, my char "punkita" was trapped between the rocks and I could not get him out, he could read a message that said "error coordenates ... reboot ..." or something. Then deslogie and could not return to lodge. I choose the char, but is stuck in the loading screen before entering the game.
Please help me!
I really want to play and not want to lose the items that cost me much to get.
